Tuscany weddings often happen in one place from morning to night. That gives time: for the details, for the families, for portraits that do not have to be rushed.
Late summer light
In June and July the sun sets well after 8:30 pm. Golden hour often falls during the aperitivo, and a few minutes away from the guests are enough for the best portraits of the day.

Long tables, lights in the trees and speeches as the sun goes down. The film is where this part of the day lives on.

Distances between estates, Florence, Siena and the airports can be long on country roads. Plan transfers with margin, for guests and for us.

Midday summer light is hard and hot. A ceremony later in the afternoon is kinder to everyone, and to the photographs.

A civil ceremony is legally valid only in a place authorised by the comune. Many Tuscan estates host symbolic ceremonies: check with your planner.

How we cover your day
The owners behind the camera, their team around them
VT Weddings is the wedding studio of Visual Twins, the Milan-based production company of twin brothers Magdi and Yousef Soliman. They shoot your wedding themselves, one on the photographs and one on the film, with the team the day calls for: three to five professionals, depending on the collection. Documentary rather than directed, and we deliver previews, social reels, the full gallery and a cinematic wedding film. On request, a handmade album bound in Italy, and a personal photo collection delivered to every guest.

Do you cover welcome dinners and multi-day weddings?
Yes. Send us the programme of the weekend and we include the extra events you want covered in the tailored proposal.
When should we plan the portraits in a Tuscan summer?
Around golden hour, which in June and July arrives late in the evening. We usually take the couple away for 20 to 30 minutes during the aperitivo.
How is travel handled, and what does it cost?
Photography or film alone, covered by the two of us who own the studio, starts at 5,000 EUR; the collections, where we bring the team and shoot both, start at 10,000 EUR. Travel and accommodation are quoted on top. Which one fits depends on how long the day is and how many professionals it needs, and we send the proposal within 24 hours of our call.
